We offer an end to end client experience that includes seamless communication, budgeting, on-site organization and solid, quality workmanship every time.  We take pride in our work, job site and all of our tradesmen.

We will meet with you to discuss your scope of work and budget.   All estimates are free of charge.   If drawings are required, we can do design and layout drawings for a fee.   Plettl Construction does not have an in-house architect.  If extensive drawings are required, we can refer a draftsman or architect.  Once all required drawings are completed, an estimate can be prepared based on the drawings.   If the estimated costs and scope of work meet your budget, we then prepare a contract.   We will obtain the permits and take care of your renovation from start to finish.

The President and Owner of Plettl Construction, Tony Plettl, has worked in the construction industry for 35 years.  He started his construction career as a framer and later worked as a project manager on commercial sites throughout the United States.  He also worked in Japan for a year building homes.   Tony has lived in Edmonton for almost twenty years.  Many years were spent framing large custom homes and for the last 10 years Tony and Plettl Construction have done renovations for numerous clients.
